Return Process

  Log into your FineLook account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
